OUR 3 STEP REVIEW AND APPROVAL
STEP ONE
We collect only basic information from you - just enough to know whether this is a project or request that we can help with. We know what we do and we do it well, but we can't do it all. If it is a project that doesn't fit within our guidelines, you will receive an immediate notification. If your request generally fits within the scope of our services, we'll contact you and let you know how we would suggest you proceed. This process usually only takes about 1-3 days.
STEP TWO
If your project falls into the scope of our services, and you've decided to move forward, we will gather more specific information and documentation from you - all that we believe we need to produce a complete lending package. We have a large database of bankers/lenders, and provide information only to those lenders we believe fit your particular needs. Once that is done, we respond to requests from borrower and lender and help document all requested items. If all goes to plan, we will have multiple loan offers for you.
STEP THREE
The final step is to choose which offer you believe is the best option. Once that is done, we help you walk through all remaining due diligence items to get you to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our attorneys can even handle any title work or collateral business documentation we may need. To the extent we are engaged to represent you as attorneys, we will help you negotiate loan terms and/or loan documents.
